At MetalWare, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer returns on eligible items.
Return Window: You may return most products within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear.
Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange an item, please specify the replacement product when contacting us. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Non-Returnable Items: Customized orders, consumables, or clearance items may not be eligible for return.
